Thinking Out Loud - Justice Coin

I saw this commercial on tv the other day. I honestly couldn't tell if it was serious or not at first. After actually looking into sadly, it is. I don't even know where to begin on this one. It's blatant propaganda and lies, straight up. They're not even being subtle about it. I know 9/11 is a sensitive topic that can be discussed for eons regarding conspiracies, causes, reasons, who is to blame. I won't delve into that because I don't want to start a huge discussion, but one thing is certain. If the US government didn't have their hands in so many pockets over-seas you can bet this wouldn't have happened. People don't go to extreme lengths and sacrifice their own lives for no reason, think about it. Now you can dismiss those involved as "crazy" or "radicals" and in a way you could be correct in doing so, but you have to think why they are "crazy" or "radicals". What drove them to this? Something to think about. That's not nearly as much of an issue as the fact that the US used this event to start wars with people not involved and kill innocent civilians. Which is again another topic for discussion I don't want to go into right now, what I'm bringing up is the fact that all of this is used to make money. I mean seriously, tragic events happened both on US soil and over-seas because of this and these guys go and make a coin about it? How it talks about the "tragic reminders" is really just a ploy to get into the heads of those who lost loved ones in these events. They will watch this and think a meaningless coin is going to the patriotic thing to do to honour those who lost their lives. People who view these things are not patriotic, it is in fact the opposite of patriotic, it's only furthering the descent of the quality of life that exists around us. When some company can actually take something like this and make money off it, it is truly a sad day. When they "value" it at $100 dollars and then cut the price to $29.95 they are essentially disregarding the value of $100 while making consumers feel like they're saving money. This coin is not worth $100, it's not worth $29.95, it's worthless. Completely worthless, it is a ploy to take money away from those who are too sheepish to think beyond what they see on the tv. The only real value it could have would be it's weight in whatever metal it's made of, which isn't gold because it's only layered in gold, funny how they downplay the layered part and up the MAGNIFICENT 24k GOLD part. I'm not even going to go into the other free products they throw at you while making up values, that should speak for itself. The fact that this is even on tv is downright frustrating. Think people!
